Nestled into the rolling hills, on the edge of the Potomac River sits Ropp House. This new residence was inspired by the utilitarian aspect of living simply in a rural setting. Working with the sloping topography, the structure is partially built into the site. The design features a dynamic roofline, emulating the rolling hills and creating a harmonious relationship between this new structure and the land.
Planned construction starts in Fall 2021.
