This 1980s house went through multiple additions over the last 35 years resulting in a disjointed and chaotic floor plan. To modernize the design the interior was gutted and reconfigured to create an axis connecting all rooms on the first floor. This promotes access and flexibility for entertaining and day to day family life.
The existing small, galley kitchen was reimagined into a ‘cooks’ kitchen complete with a large island, industrial range, refrigerator, built-in air-fryer, coffee bar and plenty of counter space for prep and clean-up. A walk-in pantry sits adjacent to the kitchen providing an abundance of food storage and countertop appliances. The dining room boasts a large wet bar, complete with wine storage, drink refrigeration and bar sink.
