Perched on a sloping site, this early 1970s ranch has undergone a thoughtful renovation that tackled two key challenges: improving pedestrian access from the driveway to the front door and completing a comprehensive interior transformation.

Upon arrival, visitors ascend a set of stone steps to a striking entry foyer, where bold grasscloth wallpaper and the client’s cherished Keith Haring artwork make an immediate impression, setting the tone for a home designed to flow effortlessly from one space to the next. A new stair and custom railing seamlessly link the main level to the finished basement, maintaining the home’s clean, open aesthetic.

Inside, the interiors have been revitalized with sophisticated finishes and tailored updates throughout: a chic new powder room, a welcoming living room, an elegant dining area, and a partially renovated kitchen that enhances functionality without losing its character.

The primary suite has been completely reimagined as a serene retreat, anchored by a spa-like bathroom that marries indulgence with practicality. A floating teak vanity introduces natural warmth, while a skylight above the updated shower brings in soft daylight. A full-length niche with recessed lighting adds both function and ambiance to the space.

Large windows flood the home with natural light, amplifying its clean lines and timeless palette. Carefully curated lighting highlights artwork and adds subtle warmth, while rich textiles—velvet, leather, and linen—introduce texture and depth.

More than just a renovation, this project is a refined integration of art, design, and everyday living—resulting in a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
